renovated.
A large new part of the planned hotel complex is newly built
and made one with the existing architecture of the current building. The
rooms at the front side offer inner court view.
At the rear of the building, the rooms view onto the magnificent panorama
of the historic city protection walls of Sluis. All rooms are equipped
with TV, mini bar, central heating, bathroom with hair dryer, bath &
toilet.
Our Superior or Deluxe rooms are more spacious with a large bathroom with
bath and shower, most of the superior rooms have a balcony with a postcard
view.
Our
stylish and luxurious à-la-carte restaurant offers our guests a high
level cuisine. Our chef has prepared a lovely range of local fresh fish
dishes from the Oosterschelde such as oysters, lobster and a lot more
tasty seafood. Besides that, a wide choice of delicious meat dished will
be on our menu.
Our cosy Bar-Bistro has a limited menu offering a fine selection of food
with a Mediteranean touch. It is pleasant and totally relaxing spending
time in front of our open fire … can we suggest a Belgian beer to go
along with that?
