2be Hotel Kind of Blue is the newest designhotel in Maastricht. The hotel is situated in de WYCK-area at 2 min. Walking from the trainstation, in the middle of the old part and the new part of Maastricht.

The B&B Hotel is situated in a two nice townhouses where Nicole, René and the kids are also living. Two rooms and a luxury suite are available for the guests.

The rooms are designed and decorated by the architect Niek Bisscherous. Wood and concerete are the central materials used in the house. Openness and symbiosis between old and new are the central themes by designing the rooms. We kept the original roofs in combination with the Ribbon Chair of Pierre Paulin in the suite.

The philosophy of Nicole and René is that all guests feel at all time “free and happy”. They have to enjoy the maximum of the room and the hospitality offered by Maastricht.

In “Kind of Blue” you will find expositions of (young) artists.

In the different rooms and with the theme of “Pantomine” you will find scenes from the Amsterdam Canal Pride and the Carnaval of Maastricht.
