In our Koperen Schouw ("Copper Hearth") restaurant, our chef de
cuisine considers a good atmosphere, fine table ware and soft
(live) music, as well as a gourmet menu, to be essential
ingredients for a successful meal.
Needless to say, your room has been furnished with care. You will
find all the luxury and comfort you need for the daytime hours and
a good night's rest. You are even provided with a hairdryer and
bathrobe.
The area around
Rijssen is known as the "Black Forest of the Netherlands", a fair
description, as you will discover. With its forests, streams,
castles and farmsteads, the whole region bears a striking
resemblance to its famous namesake in Southern Germany.
The renowned Six Castle Route, for example. The name refers to the
six impressive landmarks which lie waiting to be explored.
If you are more of a town person, the historical town centers of
Deventer and Zutphen and the modern shopping centers of Almelo,
Hengelo and Enschede are all within driving distance.
 But
maybe you would prefer to just stay in the hotel.

range of ways to relax : take a dip in our heated swimming pool,
for example, practice your serve on the tennis court, or bowl a
