 The
3 star NH Tropen is located close to some of Amsterdam's most
fascinating attractions including the Royal Tropical Institute and
"Tropenmuseum", "Soeterijn" Theatre, the daily "Dapper"market, the
famous Waterloo Square with its popular flea market, Artis Zoo and the
Hortus Botanicus. The area is full of side-streets and shops. The hotel
offers private parking facilities. There is a regular tram and bus
service into the city centre and to the Central Railway station, which
offers a fast and convenient link to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
Accessibility
Easy access by private car to Tulip Inn OOSTERPARK is
possible from the Amsterdam Orbital, Exit S-113.
The hotel has its own private parking and a taxi-stop in front of
the hotel.
There is a frequent tram- and busservice to Amsterdam center, RAI
Congress Center and the Central Railway Station, with a fast and
convenient onward link to Schiphol Airport.
Also NH Tropen offers a shuttle bus service from the airport to the
hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Tickets can be purchased at
the hotel or at the airport for 10 EUR per single fare. When you want
to buy tickets at the airport you should refer to NH Tropen and show
your voucher in order to be able to purchase the tickets.
At the airport the tickets can be bought in the arrival hall at the
Connexion desk. The bus departs from the airport at the bus stop
"Schiphol/binnenstad"..
NH Tropen features all the
facilities of a modern hotel: a lively lobby, a charming bar and a
restaurant. All 80 guest rooms are fully equipped with colour TV,
telephone and private bathroom with shower. The top floor rooms offer a
magnificent view over Amsterdam.
