dinner or a refreshing drink. Tailor made arrangements with boat trips,

The air conditioned Beau Rivage and Belvédère rooms have a maximum
capacity of 140 guests for a sit-down dinner.
Afternoon tea is served every Sunday in our Lounge Bar at 19.50 Euro per
person.
Every Sunday a brunch is served, including Méthode champenoise, in our
restaurants at 39.50 Euro per person.
Conference facilities :
Le Meridien Apollo provides several meeting and conference facilities.
These include the luxurious Executive Boardroom "The Diamond",
with air conditioning and remote control equipment. The "Beau
Rivage" and "Belvédère" hold up to 180 guests (theatre
style).
The banquet rooms both overlook the canals and are ideal for all private
and business events.
Secretarial backup is available on request and the hotel has a
fully-equipped Business Support Centre.

of arrival, free of charge.
- In case of cancellation after 14.00 hours on the day of arrival a
cancellation fee will be charged.
- Group reservations may be cancelled up to 90 days, free of charge.
Within 90 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee will be charged.
