The Gresham Memphis Hotel is situated in the fashionable heart of Amsterdam just a 15 minute taxi ride from Schiphol Airport. Rooms:
The Gresham Memphis Hotel has 74 comfortable rooms. All with a private bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hairdryer. The rooms offer wireless and wired internet, an advanced TV system with free cable television, satellite Pay TV with a choice of over 40 movies and 50 music cd’s, air-conditioning, mini-bar, telephone and trouser press. Non-smoking rooms available on request. Safety deposit boxes are available free of charge at the reception 24 hrs a day. Room service is available from 7.00 AM to 11.00 PM.

Bar:
The Memphis Bar serves refreshing cocktails, international liqueurs, local specialities and a large assortment of beers. Our bar menu offers a delicious choice of dishes, hot and cold, and a wide variety of snacks and finger food. The informal setting enables you to truly relax and unwind. During the Summer months you can relax and enjoy a drink or delicious meal on our terrace.

Gym:
During your stay with us benefit from a work-out in the Memphis Gym. We offer state of the art equipment. He gym is fully air conditioned. Fresh fruit, towels and spring water are available free of charge to guests wishing to use the gym.

Breakfast Room

Route:
By car
Follow the traffic signs to Amsterdam. When you reach Amsterdam, follow the signs “Ring Zuid”. Take exit 108 “Amsterdam Zuid / Amstelveen”. At the traffic lights follow direction Amsterdam. On your right hand side you will see the “Stadionplein” (Stadium Square). Follow the curve to the right and turn left at the traffic lights. At the roundabout exit at the second street on your right hand side. This leads you to the “Cornelis Krusemanstraat” which in turn becomes the “de Lairessestraat”. Continue straight to the second set of traffic lights and turn right. You will see The Gresham Memphis Hotel on your right hand side.

Public transport
From Central Station you can take tram 16 or 2. If you take tram 16 get out at stop “Emmastraat”. Than walk 50 meters back and you will see the hotel on your right hand side. If you take tram 2 you need to exit the tram at stop “Cornelius Schuytstraat”. You need to walk through this street. After a couple of minutes you will see the hotel on your right hand side. From the WTC and the RAI the hotel is easily reach by tram. From WTC take tram 5 direction Central Station. From the RAI take tram 12 direction “Sloterdijk”. For both you need to exit the tram at “Museumplein”. From there follow the street “De Lairessestraat “ and after 5 minutes you will see the hotel on your left hand side.
