Grand
Hotel KRASNAPOLSKY, (1866) known as the Grand Dame of the Amsterdam
five-star hotels, completed an extensive renovation and expansion in the
Spring of 1995.

terrace, beauty salon, fitness, hair dresser, and a Business Center.

Grand Hotel KRASNAPOLSKY now has two Japanese restaurants.
In restaurant Edo, guests can enjoy special meals made before
their eyes on the Teppan-yaki table.
Restaurant Kyo serves traditional Japanese specialties like
sushi, sashimi and tempura.
Mexican and Italian restaurants are also to be found in the new
wing of the Hotel.
In the timeless ambiance of our celebrated Winter Garden, which dates
back to 1879, one may enjoy an extensive breakfast or lunch buffet seven
days a week.
The impressive glass palace filled with stately palm trees and
plants is an outstanding location for receptions, dinners and parties.
On Sundays, a Sunday Lunch,
complete with live music, can be enjoyed.
The Congress Center consists
of 22 different rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 2000 guests.
The Grand Ballroom is the largest facility and provides space for
up to 700 persons. One can rely on our range of professional technical
services using the most up-to-date equipment.
Accessibility by public
transport is excellent. Central station is just seven minutes by foot.
Diverse trams stop directly at the Dam.
The KLM Airport Bus arrives every half hour enroute to Schiphol
Airport. Guests with their own cars may park in the hotel's secured
garage (150 parking spaces).
